How much are they?

One pair is $29.95 plus $7.95 tracked shipping. Two pairs are $54.95 and four pairs are $94.95, both with free tracked shipping. Mix any colours and sizes; the pack price applies automatically at checkout.

How do I pick my size?

Measure the widest part of your calf, sitting down. S/M fits 23 to 33 cm, L/XL fits 34 to 40 cm, and Wide calf fits 41 to 50 cm. Between sizes? Go up for comfort.

What if they don't fit?

We swap sizes free within 30 days of delivery. Tell us your order number and the size you need, and we'll send the new pair at no cost. Unworn pairs can also be returned for a refund within 30 days. See shipping and returns.

Do all the colours come in wide calf?

Yes. All six colours come in S/M, L/XL and Wide calf (41 to 50 cm). Wide calf isn't a smaller range here.

Will they stay up all shift?

That's the whole idea. The wide ribbed cuff sits just under the knee and holds there through a long shift. If yours slide, you may need the size down; we'll swap it free.

How firm are they?

Firm around the ankle, easing off up the calf. Most people describe it as a snug hug: firmer than everyday socks, and much easier to get on than pharmacy stockings. They're comfort socks, not a medical garment.

Can I mix colours and sizes in a pack?

Yes. Pick 2 or 4 pairs, tick "Mix colours or sizes" and choose each pair. The pack price applies at checkout automatically.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive in 7 to 12 business days, tracked. Shipping is $7.95, or free on orders of $50 and over (any 2 or more pairs).

Can I wear them on a long flight?

Plenty of people pack them for long-haul. They're comfort socks, not a medical garment, so if a health professional has told you to wear medical stockings when you fly, follow that advice.

Are they medical compression stockings?

No. Longshift are everyday compression socks for comfort on long days. If you've been advised to wear medical-grade stockings, follow your health professional's advice.

How do I wash them?

Machine wash cold, inside out, and hang to dry. Skip the dryer and fabric softener to keep the stretch.
