Shipping

We ship Australia-wide with tracking. We don't ship overseas. One pair ships for $7.95. Orders of $50 and over ship free, which is any 2 or more pairs.

Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Free 30-day size swap

Wrong size? Let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you the right size free, shipping included. You don't need to post the old pair back. One swap per pair ordered.

Returns

Changed your mind? Unworn, unwashed pairs in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. For hygiene reasons we can't accept worn socks for a change-of-mind refund, unless they're faulty.

Faulty or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
